We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colours and textures will be perfectly accurate. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Al-Raqiq reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from us.

We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (COD) where available. All transactions are processed securely. Al-Raqiq does not store payment card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within the timelines outlined in our Shipping Policy. Al-Raqiq is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refunds process is governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined therein.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Al-Raqiq and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.
