We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible orders within Pakistan.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at alraqiqclothing@gmail.com if you need to make changes.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — a confirmation email is sent as soon as your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Pakistan. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3–5 business days. Orders to remote areas may take slightly longer.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Are sale items returnable?
All sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up for our oversized fits.

Are your products pre-shrunk?
Yes. All Al-Raqiq garments are pre-washed and pre-shrunk to ensure the fit you receive is the fit you keep.

How should I care for my Al-Raqiq pieces?
Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Avoid tumble drying — lay flat or hang to preserve shape and colour.
