Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Al-Raqiq purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before initiating a request.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags are intact and attached
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The item is not a sale or discounted product (all sale items are final sale)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please email us at alraqiqclothing@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to send the item back.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please mention this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when submitting your return request.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Al-Raqiq is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at alraqiqclothing@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
